These terms cover using Pookie's Portal, which Roam Community LLC runs. Signing in means you agree to them.

What it is

A private stats page for the businesses it's set up for: how their posts are doing and what they led to in their shops. You can sign in only if you've been invited. It's free and has no ads.

Your accounts

• Connect only accounts that are yours, or that you're allowed to connect for the business.
• Each platform's own terms still apply to your account there. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. To let someone else see a business, its owner shares it with them from Connections.

The numbers

• They come from the platforms and shops, as each one reports them, and each says where it's from. Some are estimates, and those always say so.
• We do our best, but a number can be late, missing or wrong. For anything where a mistake would cost you, like taxes, use the platform's or the shop's own records.

Not made by the platforms

Pookie's Portal isn't made, endorsed or certified by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify or Etsy. Their names are their own trademarks. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Stopping

You can stop any time: disconnect your accounts, which deletes what was read from them, and ask us to delete your sign-in. We can end someone's access, or stop running the portal, and we'll say so first where we can.

No guarantees

Pookie's Portal is provided as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, Roam Community LLC isn't responsible for losses from using it, from it being unavailable, or from a number that turns out to be wrong.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and the businesses' owners hear about anything important before it applies.
